The new model delivers significant weight savings by combining Opus’ alloy-framed composite body and unique, pram-like folding top with the internationally proven German BPW chassis.
With a towball weight of just 68kg, the Opus All-Road can be towed by small to medium-size passenger cars such as the Corolla, Mazda3 and Hyundai i30, allowing more people to camp comfortably with a kitchenette, two full-full size double beds and a lounge on a raised floor.
What’s more, the Opus All-Road is suitable for towing on well-made dirt roads to national park campsites thanks to the BPW’s rubber-sprung independent suspension and its smooth integrated override brakes.
The Opus All-Road makes use of a standard towbar and trailer plug with no wide mirrors or electric brake controller required, making the transition to camper trailer touring one of ease.
