Queensland manufacturer Australian Off Road recently celebrated its 15th anniversary and took the opportunity to launch its new Quantum Series IV super camper.

About 70 guests at an anniversary celebration were treated to a sneak peek of AOR’s latest offering, which AOR says is the culmination of 15 years of refinement.

REFINEMENTS

The new Quantum has undergone a complete chassis and body redesign, including a lightweight, one-piece fibreglass body with single piece fibreglass floor which aims to completely eliminate dust and water leaks.

It also has a new aerodynamic nose section to reduce fuel consumption and drag on the tow vehicle, a new front boot with flat floor to give more storage options and capacity, new Euro-style windows with midge-proof screens and a lighter, stiffer chassis with an increased exit angle for enhanced offroadability.

The kitchen/fridge layout has been redesigned to allow better use of space under the awning while pantry storage has been increased with five separate sections for a variety of storage solutions. And, lastly, the Quantum Series IV comes with increased black tank storage, up from 60L to 110L.

15TH ANNIVERSARY

Following the party, 18 AOR staff and owners joined AOR owners Steve and Rhonda Budden for a rally at Sandy Creek, Kilcoy, north of Brisbane.
