Iconic Australian country music, camping under the outback sky and an action-packed program you’ll never forget — the Deni Ute Muster is back.

The 2024 Deni Ute Muster is gearing up to thrill festivalgoers far and wide with a star-studded lineup of musicians, a range of activities, camping and of course, its iconic ute competitions at the Sports Arena and Ute Shine n Show arena. So, if you like exploring the Aussie outback, head to Deniliquin for this action packed event held across two massive days on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 October.

Camp under the stars

Bringing your camper trailer, swag or roof-top tent and setting yourself up in the Deni Ute Muster campground is one of the best ways to experience the true Muster culture. Positioned only a stone’s throw from the main festival arena, you’ll never be far from the action.

Every muster ticket price includes free general camping so there’s no excuse to join the fun. The general communal campsites work on a first-come, first-served basis, so either plan to get there early or if you want to book a prime spot you can pay for a reserved camping spot.

It’s not a muster without the music

The 2024 lineup will not disappoint music lovers. Get your dancing boots ready and cheer on the headlining Australian artists and global US sensations, Tyler Hubbard and Kip Moore.

World-class lineup on the Main Stage

The Friday festivities will kick off with Elestial, winners of 2024 Play On the Plains Battle Of The Bands. The following artists will include a fantastic lineup of artists who've won ARIA awards, Golden Guitar awards and more, including John Williamson, Sunny Cowgirls, Brad Cox, Brooke McClymont and Adam Eckersley and Tyler Hubbard.

The live music continues on Saturday with Darlinghurst, Fanny Lumsden, Amy Shark and Amber Lawrence before finishing up with US megastar Kip Moore.

Aussie legends on the Day Stage

Broad blue skies, country atmosphere and home-grown Aussie artists — the Muster has it all. Head to the Day Stage to see this year’s Toyota Star Maker, Wade Forster. This Aussie rodeo cowboy turned country music star will be joined by Bryce Sainty, Cush Ryder, Will Day, Scarlet’s Way, Raechel Whitchurch, Nathan Lamont, Natalie Pearson, Madi Colville Walker, Ella Powell, Dakota East and Pete Denahy. There’ll also be some Deni locals hitting the stage, including Groovy Dudes and Bush Poets.

An action-packed program

Outdoor enthusiasts, adrenaline junkies and ute lovers will be in their element at the Muster. There truly is something for people of all ages and interests.

The 2024 ARB Bull Ride is a festival favourite — get ring-side seats and watch as Australia’s best rodeo cowboys try not to lose their seat. And keep the rodeo vibes going by watching the Riverina Whip Cracking Challenge where the best whip crackers from around Australia will show off their talent, and if you’re inspired to give it a shot join the novice event at 2pm on Saturday.

Other Muster favourites to check out include Brophy Bros Circus, Eljay’s Junk Yard Action Show, Sandman the world champion sand sculptor, Bendigo LEGO User Group and Guru Dudu Silent Disco.

If you want to join the action, be entertained by the IKEA Wars comedy show, the Tradie Challenge, Wood Chop Demonstrations and Mini Muster Mobeel competition. Or get your heart racing at the Isuzu Ute Iron Summit, where you can ride inside an Isuzu D-MAX or MU-X as it drives over steep 45-degree custom-built hydraulic ramp.

To really experience what the Muster is all about, you’ve got to head to the Sports Arena area. Ute culture has been the beating heart of this Muster since it first began 26 years ago, and this arena is where you can take part in a whole variety of driving competitions. The Circle Work, Barrel Race and Go to Wo competitions are just some of the events where you can show off your skills. Or at the Ute Show n Shine for the chance to win $250 per category entered or — if you think you’ve got what it takes — the opportunity to take home the the title ‘Ute of the Year’ and $2000 in prize money.
